POSTAGE & HANDLING
Our postage & handling is a flat rate per item to anywhere in Australia.
Postage is recalculated in the checkout page to only include the highest postage amount from all of your items purchased.
Eg. If you purchase a bag (with postage of $20) and a dozen balls (with postage of $9.50) you will only be charged the $20 as it is the highest amount.
Delivery times vary for different locations and different items purchased. In most cases delivery should be received approximately 3-5 working days after payment has been received and approved.
* We are not responsible for delivery and transit times. In most cases all parcels are delivered within the expected timeframe, though as some places of origin are harder to get to than others,
delivery can take longer. Should there be a delay in the delivery of a parcel we will work with you to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Once a customer requests to "Checkout", they will be asked which form of payment method they wish to use.
Customers selecting to pay via either Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer, Money Order or Cheques, are required to notify Squizzys of a receipt or transaction number once a payment has been submitted.
This can be done through the web site once a customer logs on and views an order.
Payment must be made within 3 working days of purchase. This helps us to provide you with quality service and prompt delivery.

Upon receiving your product, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy. Whether that be a refund or exchange.
